Penca, located in the heart of downtown is looking for an assistant manager / key holder. Important requirements include: experience in fine dining service or management, desire to uphold standards, wine service experience, attention to detail, great costumer service, POS toast knowledge, reservation system. Previous server or bar experience in a fine dining establishment a must.
Penca is a 72 seat plus restaurant with focus in central Mexico cuisine with an exceptional bar program.

Penca is open for dinner 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday 4:30 - 9:30, The job requires to work closely with our Hospitality Director in planning and training and with our Beverage team in creating training opportunities for staff. Staff management / schedules.
Some administrative work. Excel and Apple proficiency.
